Products purchased may be returned within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery of the Products, provided the Products are in an unused, and undamaged, and in a re-saleable condition. The buyer must pay for return postage, preferably tracked (recorded), and upon receipt of the returned product we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price. In the unlikely event that the product is deemed as being faulty, in this instance we will reimburse the return postage costs incurred, together with the original purchase price of the product once the item has been received back by ourselves.
